This weekend (May 14-15, 2011) one of my favorite foods is being celebrated at Seattle’s Pike Place Market. CHEESE.  Firm, creamy, mild, sharp or even pungent… I LOVE CHEESE.  And to top it off, you can pair it with wine!  Stop in this weekend to learn tips and techniques from local chefs, try cheese from around the world and your own backyard, and take a peek in the windows at one of my favorite shops, Beecher’s, to see the team hard at work creating their handmade, mouth-watering cheese.  Click here to check out the schedule of events.
