My husband and I love having date night on Friday nights – it seems to start the weekend off right. Sometimes we go out, but often we do a fun dinner at home. Tonight we decided to do baby back ribs, corn on the cob (all his, not one of my favorites), honey mustard brussels sprouts (all mine) and pears with brie. I found a fantastic fig and ginger jam Stonewall Kitchen that is a perfect topper for the pears and brie… and the ribs! The ribs ended up with this fantastic candy-like coating. They look burnt but they taste ohhh so delicious! Top it off with a Bacardi limon lemonade and the perfect evening is guaranteed.
